Windows Walls & More is the Hunter Douglas Authorized Repair Center in Michigan. We are fully authorized to repair Hunter Douglas blinds, shades, shutters without voiding the warranty. Leave it to the professionals at Windows Walls & More and our repair specialists. We are happy to welcome all Hunter Douglas Repairs from other other stores or designers who are no longer in business. No appointment is necessary.
Our certified repair crew will inspect, evaluate, and repair your Hunter Douglas products on site. Just drop off your window coverings at our repair center in West Bloomfield or call us for a service person to help you get them to us.

Our Hunter Douglas Authorized Repair Center is onsite and we will evaluate and repair your Hunter Douglas products. The following will apply:
- If we need to come to your home and remove and reinstall your blinds or shades, a minimum of $85 each way will be charged.
- No charge if you bring them in and pick them up.

Hunter Douglas Lifetime Limited Warranty
The Hunter Douglas Lifetime Warranty is an expression of our desire to provide a thoroughly satisfying experience when selecting, purchasing, and living with your window fashion products. If you are not thoroughly satisfied, simply contact Hunter Douglas Inc. at 1-800-789-0331 or contact us with an email. In support of this policy of consumer satisfaction, we offer our Lifetime Limited Warranty as described below.
Covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty
- Hunter Douglas window fashion products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship or failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product (unless shorter periods are provided below)
- Blinds and shades are guaranteed for 7 years or less from date of purchase
- Motorization is guaranteed for 5 years or less with date with proof of purchased
- All internal mechanisms.
- Components.
- Fabric delamination.
- Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.
- Hunter Douglas motorization components are covered for five years from the date of purchase.
Not Covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty
- Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
- Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product.
- Exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/ moisture) and discoloration or fading over time.
- Failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, proper installation, cleaning or maintenance.
- Torn or ripped fabric, discontinued products or parts.
- Shipping charges, cost of removal and reinstallation.
